Experience the flavor-enhancing power of kiln-dried wood: removes moisture, prevents mold & bacteria, ignites easily, and adds a clean, aromatic smoke.
We are a USDA-Certified Kiln Facility, so our wood undergoes a drying process in a high heat efficient kiln. This well surpasses the internal temperature of 56˚C (133˚F) for 30 minutes, required for USDA-Certification for heat treatment of Spongy Moth.
